Refund Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
Purchases of Signal Hub Pro are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This policy explains how to cancel and how to request a refund.
1. 14-day refund guarantee
If Signal Hub Pro isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. After 14 days, renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we review every request fairly, especially for accidental renewals or technical problems.
2. How to request a refund
There are two easy ways:
- Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll arrange it with Paddle.
- Or use the receipt email Paddle sent you after purchase — it links to Paddle's buyer portal where you can request a refund directly.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically a few business days.
3. Cancelling a subscription
Cancelling stops future charges but is not itself a refund. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription does not renew after that. Cancel anytime from Signal Hub → Settings → Signal Hub Pro → Manage Subscription, or via the link in your Paddle receipt email.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region (for example, EU/UK cancellation rights). Where such laws apply, they take precedence.
5. Need help?
If you hit a problem with the app, we'd genuinely like to fix it. Reach out at [email protected] any time — we're happy to help resolve the underlying issue as well as sort out billing.
