Refund Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Purchases of Signal Hub Pro are handled by Apple on iPhone & iPad (In-App Purchase) and by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, on Mac. This policy explains how to cancel and how to request a refund on each.

1. 14-day refund guarantee (Mac)

For purchases made on Mac (through Paddle), if Signal Hub Pro isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase - no questions asked. After 14 days, renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we review every request fairly, especially for accidental renewals or technical problems.

Purchases made on iPhone & iPad go through Apple, and refunds for those are decided by Apple under its standard App Store refund process (see below) - we aren't able to issue them directly.

2. How to request a refund

iPhone & iPad (App Store): request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions / Purchase History on your device. Apple reviews and decides these requests under its own policies.

Mac (Paddle): either email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and we'll arrange it with Paddle, or use the Paddle receipt email - it links to Paddle's buyer portal where you can request a refund directly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically a few business days.

3. Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future charges but is not itself a refund. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription does not renew after that.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region (for example, EU/UK cancellation rights). Where such laws apply, they take precedence.

5. Need help?

If you hit a problem with the app, we'd genuinely like to fix it. Reach out at [email protected] any time - we're happy to help resolve the underlying issue as well as sort out billing.
