How billing works
Signal Hub Pro is an auto-renewing subscription - a monthly plan or a yearly plan. How payment is handled depends on where you subscribe:
- On iPhone & iPad, you subscribe through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, and it renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
- On Mac, you subscribe through Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record; checkout completes in your browser and we never see or store your card details. Manage or cancel anytime from Signal Hub → Settings → Signal Hub Pro → Manage Subscription, or via the link in your Paddle receipt email.
- Either way, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand, and your Pro entitlement is tied to your Signal Hub account so it syncs across every device you sign in on.
Free vs. Pro
The free tier is fully functional for scanning, connecting, and manually reading or writing characteristics. Pro removes the limits on connections and workflow tabs and unlocks the full automation node palette plus replay video export. You can use Signal Hub indefinitely without ever subscribing.
Payments, terms & refunds
In-app purchases on iPhone & iPad are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms; purchases on Mac are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. See our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy for full details.
